I am an avid supporter of soft, fat, floppy park skis. So I wasn’t expecting too much out of the new Moment Team, a 86mm-underfoot park ski with a stiff flex. But it shocked me with its versatility, speed and sturdy platform. Moment’s athletes wanted something that could handle big air, and that’s exactly what they got out of this ski. The flex is super firm with Moment’s aspen and ash core to prevent washouts on large airs, and Moment added in a speedy race base so there would be no second guesses on the in-run. | Description | Our pro park team wanted a hyper-stiff, ultra-fast version of the jib for competition, so we made one. It's called the Team, and if you want a hardcore park performance ski with enough snap to boost you 20+ feet out of a rockhard superpipe, you want it. We gave it extra carbon stringers to keep it poppin all season long, and a full race base for maximum speed and wax retention. |
