I am an avid supporter of soft, fat, floppy park skis. So I wasn’t expecting too much out of the new Moment Team, a 86mm-underfoot park ski with a stiff flex. But it shocked me with its versatility, speed and sturdy platform. Moment’s athletes wanted something that could handle big air, and that’s exactly what they got out of this ski. The flex is super firm with Moment’s aspen and ash core to prevent washouts on large airs, and Moment added in a speedy race base so there would be no second guesses on the in-run. If you like going big, or you aspire to do so, the Moment Team is the ski for you.
