Skier's Choice Draft Picks
Ian Fohrman
Round 4 – Dream Trip, Argentina to Alaska, Pick 3
Since my dream trip involves a full calendar year and a pimp Airstream toy-hauler trailer, I’d probably have a full quiver with me. But if I could only choose one ski, the ObSETHed would be high on the list. Stiffer and narrower than the Hellbent, these skis are powerful enough to charge big lines and send airs but manageable and nimble enough to attack couloirs, trees, or pillows. The ObSETHeds are the right ski for anything that I’d be inspired to get involved with on my year-long trek from Argentina up to AK (at least anything my surfboard, fishing rod, or mountain bike couldn’t handle).Other Draft Picks By Ian Fohrman
Additional Information
| Description | Seth Morrison designed a ski to handle the steepest and deepest terrain with power and confidence. The obSETHed is built with a Powder Rocker tip for incredible flotation and an all-terrain tail for a larger landing platform. Narrower and stiffer underfoot than the Hellbent, it is the ideal tool for fast lines and big-mountain charging. Whether you’re scoping fun mini-golf lines, sending 50-footers, or shredding AK peaks, the obSETHed is your ski. Price increases to $1,300 w/ Marker Griffon 12.0. |
