Skier's Choice Draft Picks

Round 3 – Park Selection, Pick 13
Although skiing switch and an occasional kicker comprise most of my park experience, I found the K2 Missdemeanor to be great fun in any and all conditions. They make for a great all-time ski, with K2’s All-Terrain Rocker—an elevated tip and tail for soft snow needs and camber underfoot for powerful hold on hardpack—and a generous 90mm waist. A Bioflex lightweight core of aspen, paulownia and bamboo, and thin layer of metal laminate make for easy landing and spinning. Because of its light features and forward-shifted sidecut, which gets us ladies over our tips (and less likely to injure ourselves), this is an ideal ski for budding park skiers and smaller women, like me.Other Draft Picks By Leah Fielding
Additional Information
| Description | The high performance sister ski to the Recoil offers the same super versatile All-Terrain Rocker on a 90mm platform for maximum stability and control everywhere. Its Bioflex core gives the ski forgiveness and reduced swing weight The ski’s torsional rigidity makes it rip on firmer snow and the ABSorb sidewalls eat up impact and rough snow. Toss a bi-directional taper in the mix and you’ll be amazed at how well this ski handles regular or switch all over the mountain. |
