Lange XT 130

Lange took the powerful lower shell of the popular RX 130, added a walk/ski mode to the upper cuff, a grippier sole and arch, and dropped 200 grams. The XT maintains 1.5 degrees of canting angle, micro-adjustable buckles, and the option to move the upper shell buckle teeth further out. A lighter Control Fit liner is also included, which proved to be quite comfortable. A lengthened lever arm makes for a solid walk/ski mode, eliminating the play in the cuff. Coming in two different last sizes and four flexes, this is a great first effort for Lange into the slackcountry market. - Ryan Dunfee
