This medium-flex boot is the most comfortable I have ever used. Thanks to what Atomic calls live Fit—cushy zones built into the shell and positioned asymmetrically on the inner and outer forefoot—the Medusa’s narrow last naturally conforms to my foot, so it’s snug and warm but ultra responsive. While slashing powder during A.S.S.F.A.R.T., the Enduro Chassis technology made for improved handling and response, especially on the wider skis. Perhaps my favorite feature is the Skywalk rubber soles—put to the test on everything from rocks to dance floors.- Heidi Lauterbach
