The Black Diamond Element, with its fat waist and full tip and tail rocker, is a killer ski for a diverse scope of terrain and snow conditions. It is very similar to the popular AMPerage, but as a women’s ski, has less tail rocker. The Element’s poplar/birch core drives aggressive skiing but is light enough as a backcountry setup.
