Description
After skinning in my 130-flex race boots, I decided it’s time for a change. Thanks to the new Cochise Pro light, my feet are finally happy and the skin up Aspen Mountain doesn’t seem so bad. The Mobility Cuff allows a long range of motion to increase my stride uphill and, with an easy switch from walk/ski mode, it makes going downhill a joy. The 120 flex, power lock buckle and shock-absorbing heel make you forget you are on an AT setup. Last but not least, the boot only weighs 3220 grams (size 26.5). Tech fittings are standard on the sole, with DIN soles sold separately.- Jeff King
