With 118mm underfoot and two sheets of metal, this ski gives me the comfort to attack all that Ak has to offer. yet it is still versatile. The Flipcore design (the ski is built upside down) and natural rocker increase its edge-to-edge quickness. Having skied the Bodacious in the waist deep pow of Jackson’s backcountry, as well as the chopped-up bumps in Aspen, I wouldn’t want anything else with me in Alaska.- Jeff King
