With Intuition liners, Vibram soles and a walk mode, I’d go out dancing in the T1s. As comfortable as these shoes are, they are powerful too. Scarpa beefed them up last year. A forward-lean device (15-22 degrees), four buckles, Powderblock Tour mechanism and Torsion Frame means you can drop the knee low with confidence. With apologies to the NTN, the duckbill is going to fit in more bindings, too. Because of this versatility, they are my boot of choice for both touring and getting crunked in the club.
